We can help you to keep moving forward
Your physiotherapist will assess you by video
During your first appointment, your physiotherapist will ask you about the issues you’re having. Here are some examples of what they might ask:
when and how the problem started
what makes it worse
what makes it better
if you have any other health conditions
To help them understand more about the problem, the physiotherapist may ask you to do certain movements in front of the camera. They’ll also check your posture, and look at the movement of your muscles and joints when you stand up and sit down.
They may need to ask you to take off any clothes that cover the part of your body they need to look at. They will never ask you to remove your underwear.
Digital physiotherapy can be just as effective as in-person treatment
You’ll have all of your appointments by video call in our app. Studies have shown that digital physiotherapy can get the same results as seeing a physiotherapist in-person.
Many patients like that that they can see a physiotherapist without having to travel to a clinic. Digital treatment also means that you can talk with a physiotherapist and practise your exercises in a place where you feel comfortable and secure.
If digital physiotherapy does not help you, or if you need a physical check-up, we can book you an appointment at one of our clinics.
You’ll see a licensed physiotherapist
Our physiotherapy team has a lot of expertise and experience, and all of our physiotherapists are licensed and registered.
